Job Description
Location: Angeles City, Philippines
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night shift)
Salary: Php 35,000.00
Responsibilities
- Initiate collections activities for overdue accounts.
- Send collection letters, call customers and, if needed, escalated to collections.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in account balances.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable aging.
- Maintain and update records of all transactions, communications, and correspondence.
- Send credit application to customer.
- Communicate with other departments such as sales and accounting to resolve issues related to accounts receivable and address customer concerns.
- Input orders when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of Sales Support Experience.
- Subject Matter Experience / Trainer.
- Experience in UPS/FEDEX industry is preferred.
