To ensure the attainment of his sales territory’s sales, distribution, merchandising, and collection objectives within budgeted sales expense, by adequately and effectively training, motivating, directing, spot auditing, appraising and rewarding the sales force under him and by properly implementing and controlling through his men the sales, distribution, trade development, collection, merchandising, market hygiene, plans and activities set for his unit by analysing and interpreting correctly sales statistics and other market information and providing sufficient feedback to the Operations Manager.
