Job Summary
Lead a small sales team to achieve targets by coaching members, driving event performance, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
- Set team sales targets, allocate tasks, and track progress in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques during events to coach and motivate team members
- Verify order accuracy and promptly resolve customer enquiries or escalate issues
- Organize team briefings to share best practices and uphold outlet standards
- Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports using Excel to provide actionable insights to management
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new sales staff
