The Sales Supervisor – Electrical & Electronics Category is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring execution of sales strategies, achieving sales targets, expanding product distribution, maintaining high merchandising standards, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role ensures excellent market execution while coaching and developing the sales team to maximize performance. The holder must have current knowledge on the market price levels and the trending products.
