Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products/services
- Promote and upsell items to meet sales targets
- Process transactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain store or office organization and stock levels
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Sales or customer service experience (a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
