Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to existing customer stores and encourage them to purchase the company’s products.
- Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor performance within assigned stores and areas.
- Map stores within the assigned territory and identify potential stores for business development.
- Identify and report opportunities for expansion into new areas or regions.
- Visit and evaluate new customer stores to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Execute marketing programs initiated by the head office.
- Receive complaints and feedback from customer stores and escalate them to the relevant internal departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma degree.
- At least 2 years of experience as a sales professional in the building materials industry.
- Strong persuasive communication skills.
