Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do Drive sales of capital and disposable medical devices within assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targets Develop and execute territory plans to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline and deliver against budget expectations Engage surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administrators to deliver product demonstrations and clinical support during procedures Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts to increase market share Organize and deliver product trainings, workshops, and in-theatre support sessions to ensure effective product adoption Coordinate product logistics, including consignment, loan kits, and inventory, in partnership with internal stakeholders Monitor territory performance, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to respond to changing conditions Maintain accurate sales activity records, customer interactions, and forecasting da...
