Job Description
Responsible for the performance, development, and overall management of the SDR team, aligning daily operations with strategic objectives.
Work Modality:
On-site in Nairobi
Work Schedule:
4 pm – 4 am Kenya time or 8am - 8pm PST
Responsibilities:
Full leadership of the assigned team
Achievement of individual and team KPIs
Coordination of daily operations
Team development (PIPs, coaching, 1:1s)
Quality and process supervision
Execution of ongoing training (shadowing, role plays)
Preparation of operational reports
Implementation of improvement strategies
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in leadership, SDR, sales, or training
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
KPI-driven analytical mindset
Clear communication with a coaching-oriented approach
Ability to manage large teams
