Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric or equivalent & diploma or equivalent post matric qualification in Marketing from an accredited institution.
• Must be fully computer literate in MS Office applications, specifically Excel & Outlook.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales function;
o Understanding of the product & / or hardware retail trade would be beneficial.
• Solid understanding of customer service fundamentals.
• Organised with strong administrative ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply logic and pro-actively address supply chain / customer issues.
• Dynamic with ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with customers at various levels & contribute during meetings to clearly articulate or communicate a point.
• Must be prepared to work after hours as & when the job requires.
• Team player within a production & sales team environment.
