Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Hit annual sales targets via strategic planning and execution
- Recruit, manage, and grow distributor/agent network
- Build strong KOL and hospital relationships
- Lead tenders, contract negotiations, and payment collection
- Represent brand at exhibitions and academic events
- Gather market intelligence and report competitor moves
- Coordinate internal teams (logistics, regulatory, technical) for smooth delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Biomedical, Clinical Medicine, or International Trade preferred)
- 3+ years overseas medical device sales; surgical consumables/procedure pack experience strongly preferred
- Proven SEA market and distributor management track record
- Fluent English (written & spoken); local SEA language is a plus
