About the Role
Join an exciting new delivery program launching in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. As a Sales Rep, you’ll take the lead in building partnerships with local businesses, helping them join an innovative Hub delivery network. This is a high-impact, field-based role with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do
+ Prospect and engage local businesses through in-person outreach (within a 2-hour radius)
+ Pitch the program and drive new partner applications
+ Qualify leads and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
+ Support local events (lunch & learns, town halls) with your Field Manager
+ Build relationships with community organizations (chambers, associations)
What You Bring
+ 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (field sales a plus)
