Overview
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best fit those needs.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through direct sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and track sales progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience (retail or B2B) is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
