Overview

Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service. Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services. Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations. Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them with purchases.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
• Maintain presentation of sales floor, products, signage, and displays.
• Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.
