Responsibilities Plan and execute sales activities for strategic accounts. Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure efficient dealer-level coordination. Provide transport consultancy and sales engineering support to guide correct vehicle selection. Maintain strong supplier relationships and uphold company SHE policies and best practices. Meet or exceed targets for unit sales, market share, and gross profit. Oversee the complete deal process, including vehicle selection, fitment, delivery, payment, and file closure. Ensure deliveries and handovers are well-controlled and aligned with warranty standards. Maintain frequent and structured contact with both prospective and existing customers (calls and visits). Keep customers informed throughout the vehicle transaction process. Keep customer database accurate and aligned with company records. Regularly update and share the database with Sales Management.
