Duties And Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representative includes serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, providing technical support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Monitor and coordinate delivery schedule. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. Handle returns or complaints.
- Assist client for any issues and inquiry.
- Handle account of clients.
- Look for potential customers.
- Provide timely and accurate cost per product.
- Attend clientβs meetings.
