Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and guide them throughout the process
- Communicate to customers and address their needs through call, email, text, & chat
- Suggest products, ongoing sales, discounts, and promotions based on customer cues
- Assist customers in decision-making based on their needs
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices, including loss prevention
- Performs other task as may be required or assigned.
- Assist in planning and developing sales strategies ensuring that it addresses the client needs, as well as meeting the business targets
Qualifications
- At least 2 years(s) of working experience as a customer service representative
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
