Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA)

• We urgently need a Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA) to be based in Calamba City, Laguna, who will support the sales and purchasing department in achieving its business objectives and conducting its day-to-day operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assists purchasing officer in creating purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and various reports
• Performs canvassing of items and suppliers when needed
• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of items purchased

Requirements

• Bachelor in Science (BS) graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Purchasing is required for this position.
