JOB SUMMARY
Support sales operations by resolving quote and order issues, managing new account inquiries, and ensuring efficient processes while partnering internal teams to support customer service initiatives and drive continuous process improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
ā¢Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quote, order, and fulfillment issues and implement effective solutionsĀ
ā¢Work independently on assigned projects and initiativesĀ
ā¢Provide backup support for the Customer Solutions CoordinatorĀ
ā¢Manage new account inquiries for capital products and parts accountsĀ
ā¢Track marketing asset inventory, obtain vendor quotes, and process internal orders using Oracle iProcurementĀ
ā¢Review, analyze, and report on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedbackĀ
ā¢Maintain data feed spreadsheets for new product launches, discontinuations, and product updatesĀ
