Responsibilities

• Manage item creation process in the system, ensuring accuracy of the item attributes such as EPH, product category, supplier, cost, list price, currency and similar details.
• Assist in the preparation & distribution of product price books.
• Regularly maintain and update product pricing in the system (Oracle), Lotus Notes and Sharepoint.
• Regulate and facilitate access to Price Books and other documents stored in Sharepoint.
• Keep track of item prices and costs by compiling, updating, and maintaining data in the masterfile, ensuring that all price and cost changes, as well as discontinuations, are accurately recorded.
• Efficiently resolve pricing issues and inquiries received from the Market Units and Supply Chain Team.
• Engage frequently interact with product managers, factory contacts, MU sales, supply chain, finance and oracle team to ensure accurate execution of price books, item creation, c...
