• Insight Global is seeking an Sales Order Support Specialist in the Ballantyne, NC area. Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of flow control products and piping system solutions serving commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets. They are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through innovative products, operational excellence, and strong customer partnerships. The individual will be responsible for:
o Troubleshooting system errors for orders in their ERP systems
o Process and manage sales orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
o Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with production team to manage internal work order processing to fill in gaps in processes to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
