Job Description
Sales Order Processing Officer
Duties & Responsibilities
• Process dealer and customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and records Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on stock and order matters Support daily sales administration and operational tasks Ensure proper filing and organization of documents Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Responsible, organized, and able to multitask Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
