- Answer all telephone inquiries
- Handle all sales-related activities and documentation
- Process and coordinate customers' orders
- Schedule deliveries and follow up on billing
- Manage changes in delivery schedules
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of customers’ orders
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and operations team, and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date filing system
- Able to perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Liaison Halal Officer-in-charge – updates all necessary and renews licensing
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bakery or the F&B industry is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
