Job Description

Customer interface

• ▪ Handles all sales administrative tasks for the Sales Verticals within an international team
• ▪ Responsible for the handling of all commercial questions as well as terms & conditions from customers (pricing, rebates, comissions ...)
• ▪ Preparation and evaluation of business cases (volume, margin effects) and responsible to decide within given negotiation phrame
• ▪ Handle exceptions and commercial claims
• ▪ Drive the quotation process for designated customers within the vertical in close alignment with the Vertical Sales and within the given framework from tactical pricing
• ▪ Regular direct external customer dialogues to investigate on customer satisfaction with the purpose to constantly develop & maintain the customer journey
