Role Summary
A Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by improving process efficiency, and sales data accuracy, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to help sales execution run smoothly. This role typically sits between sales, finance, logistics, customer service, and management, helping translate day-to-day sales activity into reliable reporting, forecasting, and operational follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales records, opportunity tracking, pipeline data, and customer information.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Help standardize and improve sales processes, workflows, policies, and internal controls.
