ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Chennai team. You will be the backbone of our daily operations — tracking performance, building reporting systems, and keeping cross-functional workflows running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end operational reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards delivered on time with zero errors
- Build, maintain, and optimise Excel-based models, trackers, and automated tools for process efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, supply chain, customer ops) to collect, clean, and validate data
- Create SOPs and process documentation for recurring operations tasks
- Monitor KPIs and flag deviations to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights
