Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 3+ years of proven Sales leadership experience.
Managerial level sales operations and sales enablement experience is an advantage.

Available to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Leadership to develop annual and quarterly sales plans
Analyze pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and revenue trends
Administer CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting structures
