About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to coordinate sales operations, manage CRM, support lead management, maintain reporting, and assist with tender activities while ensuring excellent customer service and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Finance and Management.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Track enquiries, purchase orders, deliveries and collections.
- Maintain CRM and customer database.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Manage incoming leads and customer follow-ups.
