Sales Operations Coordinator - Microsoft Cosell

As the Cosell Coordinator, you will serve as the daily owner of Softchoice’s Microsoft Partner Center co-sell pipeline — managing the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound referrals — while also owning the accurate and timely loading of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into our CRM and partner platforms. You will work closely with field sellers, GTM program managers, and Microsoft partner development managers (PDMs) to ensure that no referral opportunity falls through the cracks and that MQL handoffs to sales are seamless, compliant, and trackable.

As a Microsoft Cosell Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Inbound & Outbound Referral Management

• Monitor and action all inbound co-sell referrals received through Microsoft Partner Center daily, ensuring SLA compliance and timely acceptance or rejection with appropriate notes.
