Core Profile
- Leads the management, optimization, and governance of product systems supporting operations and sales support services.
- Serves as the key coordinator between Product, Operations, and Business teams to ensure system reliability, proper configuration, and seamless implementation of product enhancements.
- Oversees and drives User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure system releases, product updates, and operational changes meet business requirements and adhere to current processes and policies prior to deployment.
- Ensures operational readiness by establishing structured testing processes, system documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
