About the Role
Uber Freight Mexico is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst responsible for developing and maintaining sales forecasts, quota plans, and territory assignments for the expansion sales team. The role ensures effective planning and goal distribution, analyzes pipeline health, conversion metrics, and deal progression to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization, and creates weekly and monthly performance dashboards and executive summaries to provide leadership with strategic visibility and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support territory planning, account segmentation, and resource allocation strategies.
- Partner with sales managers on coaching and performance management initiatives.
- Own Salesforce CRM hygiene, data governance, and reporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on strategic initiatives.
