Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing Support Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer sales queries. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and assist in conversions. Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, appointments, and closures. Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate records in CRM. Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and maintain performance records for management review. Stay updated with market trends, trade regulations, and compliance requirements (customs, import-export norms as applicable). Participate in management review meetings , discuss customer issues/complaints, and contribute to training & development initiatives.
