The Role
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales in global and TW regional key accounts of H&W.
  • Independently develop the account sales strategy, identify and develop new revenue opportunities with top clients, develop new business opportunities, satisfy the customers, and understand the competition. Including sales planning and budgeting, key account management, channels management, and customer service and logistic arrangements.

  • Able to translate company objectives into well-executed account plans with the goal of exceeding the expectations of the company. Ensure goals for revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy;
  • Key account and project management to grow business with a focus on Microbiome, Fiber, NHN, and relative ingredients and solution systemοΌ›
  • Work closely with marketing team to generate marketing tool supporting new business growth and pipelines in H&W market.
