Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the maritime and shipping sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and freight forwarders
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term client accounts
• Negotiate contracts, freight rates, and service agreements with clients and partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and freight rate movements to inform pricing strategy
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
• Coordinate with operations and chartering teams to ensure smooth execution of client contracts
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence
