Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for driving business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Business LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and open market
- Develop and strengthen the local channel partner network
- Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and revenue targets
