What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales performance
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the sales team to support their professional development
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Aguila Glass' business

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the glass or construction materials industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
