Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive business growth in our MSME Lending vertical. The role involves acquiring new MSME customers, managing relationships with lending partners and channel associates, and driving the complete sales lifecycle for secured business loan products while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire potential MSME customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales activities. Drive sales of MSME lending products, including: Working Capital Loans, Term Loans, Supply Chain Finance & Other allied lending products. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer acquisition, documentation, and loan closure.
