Role Overview

This is a founding sales leadership role. You will be responsible for building and scaling the entire sales function from outbound strategy to closing enterprise deals. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience selling AI / SaaS solutions, understands modern outbound systems, and can combine strategy + execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution
• Build and scale outbound sales systems (cold email, LinkedIn, automation tools, AI-driven outreach)
• Generate, manage, and close enterprise AI deals
• Define and optimize sales funnels, pipelines, and conversion metrics
• Work closely with founders to define and refine go-to-market strategy
• Build repeatable sales playbooks, messaging, and processes
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
