An incredible opportunity awaits you as our new **Sales Manager**in Kongsberg Discovery. In this role, you will play an important part in our dynamic sales team, delivering essential growth for our core business while finding new opportunities.
**What you will be doing**
- Sales of position reference systems and sensors for dynamic positioning.
- Sales of Situation awareness systems.
- Sales of navigation sensors.
- Represent Kongsberg Discovery at industry conferences and exhibitions
- Meetings and follow-up with customers and integrators
- Prepare quotations and engage in contract negotiations
- Achieving forecasted sales targets for defined areas
- International travel will be required
**We think you should have**
- Technical education or proven technical knowledge in relevant fields. E.g. BSc in a relevant technical direction, Master mariner, Dynamic position specialist, Ocean Engineering or similar.
- Ideally 3 to 5 years+ operational experience...
