Job Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Multan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and provide feedback to product development teams
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to recommend necessary changes in sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities for management review
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
