Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies suited for the Philippine market and industry demands.
- Identify new business opportunities in private companies, government institutions, construction firms, retail chains, and other local sectors.
- Prepare annual sales plans and targets aligned with the companyโs direction.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competitor movement, and pricing strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Actively generate new leads through field visits, networking, presentations, and industry events.
- Build longโterm relationships with clients, contractors, developers, IT managers, property administrators, and business owners.
- Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations for customers.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
