- Coach and motivate sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective training programs that equip agents with the skills to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete sales documentation.
- Recruit and retain high-performing Property Specialists.
- Monitor and set weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals for agents to achieve.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to track team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
