Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and achieve aggressive business targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an IT/SaaS-based company, possess strong leadership capabilities, and be skilled in handling enterprise sales, client acquisition, and team management.
This role requires a leader who can not only close high-value deals but also coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and coaching sessions.
