Job Description
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales representatives and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet targets.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
