Your future job

As Sales Manager DIY, you will be responsible for further expanding our business within the DIY retail market, with a specific focus on Germany. You will be working with our core Panels product range, including particleboard, MDF and furniture panels, complemented by dedicated solutions for the DIY market. This role combines a strong analytical and market-building phase with targeted commercial development.

During your first 6 to 12 months, you will develop into an autonomous commercial professional (Unilin-proof), gaining in-depth knowledge of our products, systems and organisation, while building a clear understanding of the German DIY market. Your responsibilities:

Market analysis & strategic development

Conduct an in-depth analysis of the German DIY market, including customers, purchasing structures, intermediaries, supply chain dynamics and market trends.
