Job Description

Responsibilities:

β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies for cosmetic product lines across retail, e-commerce,salon, and distributor channels.β€’ Lead, train, and manage the sales team including beauty advisors and field executives.β€’ Expand market presence and onboard new distributors, retail chains, and online partners.β€’ Plan and implement trade promotions, influencer tie-ups, and seasonal campaigns.β€’ Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and pricing strategies.β€’ Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for new launches.β€’ Ensure timely sales forecasting, reporting, and inventory planning using CRM tools.β€’ Regularly travel to key markets to build relationships and assess brand performance.


Requirements:
