Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete residential sales cycle from lead follow-up to final booking.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for seamless documentation and payment processing.
  • Build strong client relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and drive high conversion rates.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
