Sales Manager, Client Solutions Centre
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to energize and drive our Financial Services Consultants in the Client Solutions Centre. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days per week onsite at 1155 Metcalfe Street.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to Financial Services Consultants supporting video and phone client interactions to ensure excellence in client interactions and drive business outcomes.
- Lead 12 licensed consultants, responsible for sales results, closely tracking team performance metrics and conducting 1:1 coaching daily to optimize results.
- Support a client‑focused culture emphasizing growth, retention, and loyalty.
