Job Description
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets and expand market presence.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to ensure high performance.
β’ Build and maintain strong ties with key clients, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
β’ Conduct research to identify new opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape in the region.
β’ Oversee logistics, order fulfillment, and collections in coordination with the Cebu head office.
β’ Prepare sales forecasts and performance presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ At least 5 years in sales management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
β’ Strong track record in hitting targets and proficiency in CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
