Sales Manager (El-Ain, UAE)
El-Ain is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales performance in the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and increase overall sales revenue.
The successful candidate will be expected to analyze data, create and implement sales strategies, develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure that all performance standards are met. The Sales Manager must also motivate the team by communicating goals clearly, setting expectations, and providing feedback on performance.
Requirements: strong business acumen, ability to negotiate contracts, develop pricing strategies that meet profitability goals, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
