Job Description - Grade Specific
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IOPs leadership and senior client teams across the region to deliver transformation and client value.
- Work with integral and local BSV teams to ensure successful transition and service delivery of IOPs.
- Drive client outcomes: contract compliance, value delivery, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and service transformation.
- Support expansion of IOPs services across the Americas once the lead client is secured.
- Own and manage the LATAM P&L; for the IOPs contract.
- Be accountable for delivering LATAM transformation initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop local teams to achieve business objectives.
- Promote regional collaboration and integrated operations.
